For us, it’s more than about Bass fishing. It’s about knowing the Creator: his wonder, his Truth, and the awesome relationship we can have with His Son Jesus Christ.
We support Fishers of Men as a platform for the weekend angler to fish among the nations best fisherman and we strongly affirm their mission statement:
To introduce Jesus to fishermen and their families and to invite them into a relationship with Him, through bass fishing tournaments.
The Bible says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him would not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son (Jesus) into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. – John 3:16-18
That is what Team 3:16 represents!
